Friendly staff, Cozy environment, Enjoy yourself in NCU Campus Café!

Have you ever noticed that in the basement of Graduate Students Building, there is a well-decorated restaurant dispersing the strong scent of coffee? Do you want to find a place and enjoy your afternoon tea or chat with your friends after class that helps you get rid of stress? NCU Campus Café provides a cozy environment for all the students and staff to enjoy the quiet atmosphere, some refreshments and drinks. Some students would bring their lap top to use Wi-Fi and do their homework there; others would also bring their books or novels to kill time with a cup of Latte or Cappuccino.
The student, Tzung Han Lin, who often visited Campus Café, said that he enjoyed the afternoon tea very much especially with a strawberry waffle and a cup of Caramel Macchiatto. He was surprised that the restaurant was managed by the teamwork of students in NCU. The team includes a manager, an accountant, two marketing managers, a human resource manager and most of them are juniors or seniors. The workers, all of them are students, spending their free time having part-time job in the restaurant. They will have a series of training programs and need to follow the rules such as wearing a cap and apron during work time and keep the belief that “Customers are always first.” According to their working performance, they will have three working levels from waiters, who need to serve all the customers, then chefs, who need to prepare food and cook, to Bar, who need to prepare for the refreshments and make the drinks.
“They are very professional and kind. It's hard to believe that they are all students just like me,” said by Yu Ting Li, one student in NCU. With an enthusiastic heart, the workers try their best to satisfy all customers. When needing help, the workers would also help each other. ‘’We are just like a family,” said by one of the workers. Though the salary is not high, the purpose for students working here is not for money but for experience and the opportunity to meet more friends who have the same interests about making refreshments and coffee. It is really unforgettable for students to have this kind of working experience in the college life. Hope Campus Café will create more delicious refreshments and provide the best service to attract more and more people!

I enjoy reading this news story about the campus cafe, in particular, the training procedures and interviews with students and student workers. However, the following points need to be clarified.

1. Are you addressing the staff and the environment? If not, you can move the first two noun phrases to the back:

Enjoy yourself in NCU Campus Café! A Cozy environment with a friendly staff

2. Who is “you” here? Who are your readers? The students in NCU or a broader Web audience?

3. You can combine the second and the third sentences in the first paragraph into one to avoid redundancy.

4. What is the news source of the training programs? Tzung Han?

5. I feel confused about the last sentences. You might wish to quote someone’s words to say it is “unforgettable.” The last sentence sounds informal to me.
